Don't Exclude Potential Customers

An estimated 1.85 million people in Ontario have disabilities—one out of every seven. That means that approximately 15.5% of your customers and potential customers could benefit from your website being made accessible.

Did you know that it's going to be against the law to have an inaccessible website? In 2005, Ontario passed a law that will make our province accessible to all residents. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requires all Ontario businesses to make their websites accessible.

Reduce your legal risk by making sure you hire a web designer familiar with web accessibility when you build or redesign your website.

Accessible web design shouldn't cost more than non-accessible web design unless you have videos, flash, dynamic or interactive features on your site. If you've been given a quote you think is too high, contact Clear Web Studio for a second opinion.
